All orders will be shipped within 4 next business days from the purchase date.

Q: Where is my order?

You will receive an email from us with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 days return policy on all our products. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If item(s) is defective, please contact cookmanusa@westsideproject.com.

Q: Can I exchange/return my online order at the flagship store?

No. We are sorry but all online orders need to be processed at the shipping center. Please contact cookmanusa@westsideproject.com if you need any exchange/return assistance.
