If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

【Exchange】- You'll receive a free return label
1. Place a new order for your replacement on our website.
2. The new items don't have to match your original items.
3. Email us your new order number along with the item you want to return.
4. You'll receive a free return shipping label.
5. Once we receive your return in the required condition (see notes below), we'll refund your original payment for the returned item(s).
6. Your replacement order will be on its way.
 
 
 
【Return for a refund】- Customer will pay for return shipping
1. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
2. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
3. Include your original packing list inside the package.
(A note with your order number can be used as an alternative)
4. The refund will be issued after we receive your return in the required condition (see notes below).
 
 
 
Important Notes:
* All returned items (for both refunds and exchanges) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* All original tags and packaging must be included.
* Items that don't meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
* Use the same email address as your original order to help expedite your exchange.

Need to swap online and in-store?

No problem!
 
Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged at Cookman Flagship Store in Venice within 14 days of receipt, as long as they meet our return conditions.
 
Please bring your order confirmation email or provide your order number at the time of return or exchange.
 
Likewise, in-store purchases may be exchanged or returned by mail following the instructions above.
